Thank you to everyone who participated in our first ever round of Hope Boxes! We have sent out all of the Hope Boxes we assembled at the end of 2025 and are praying for funding for a second round to go out to newly diagnosed families. If you are a newly diagnosed family, you can still fill out the request form to be considered if we are able to send out a second round of Hope Boxes. In the mean time, we will still be bringing community and prayer to newly diagnosed families!

What is a Hope Box?

A HOPE BOX is a gift to families who are beginning their journey of pediatric cancer. They are filled with all things happy, helpful and hopeful - happy and fun goodies for the whole family; helpful supplies when a hospital visit is needed; and, gifts to bring hope to the heart and soul. 

In 2010, Blue Skies was founded to bring hope to children with cancer and their families through beach camps and mountain getaways. Last year, CAMP@HOME was launched at a children’s hospital for families whose child was too sick to travel along with new camp locations on the west coast.

While we strive to reach more families and share hope with them, 47 children are diagnosed with cancer every day. That’s an entire school bus full of children who are faced with hearing words that will change their lives forever.

Until we can provide enough camps and getaways for every family whose child is diagnosed with cancer to experience, we are offering hope and Blue Skies through the gift of a HOPE BOX.

Here’s how you can join our HOPE BOX Family:

1. If your child has recently been diagnosed with cancer (or you know someone who has), simply submit a request for a HOPE BOX here. Our first boxes will be mailed this December! (Families complete a quick and simple form to receive a box.)
